Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality coaching services and programs. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

- Bespoke Coaching: Due to the customized nature of our coaching programs, refunds are not offered after services have been delivered. If you have concerns, please contact us.

- 16-Week Greek God Program: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of starting the program, you may request a full refund.

- Subscription Services: You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a subscription period.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

EVOLVE International provides digital coaching and training services. For any physical products or merchandise:

- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

- Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days.

- International shipping may take 10-14 business days, depending on location.

- Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Return Policy & Process

As EVOLVE International primarily offers digital products and services, returns are not applicable. However, if you have purchased a physical product and need to return it, please follow these steps:

1. Email steve@evolve-cast.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Cancellation Policy

- Bespoke Coaching & Programs: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

- Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
